Shipping & Handling

Lily and Violet orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

US Orders

All orders are sent via UPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped by UPS. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number from Paypal.

Payment Information

All payments are made through Paypal.


Order Status

Lily and Violet will send an email confirming the pending order, as well as an email confirming the payment.  You will also receive an email with a UPS tracking number once the order has been shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our number one priority – when you’re happy, we’re happy!  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send the item(s) in the original condition back to the Lily and Violet offices within two weeks of your order and we will issue your full refund, with the exclusion of the original and return shipping charges.  We are not responsible for packages lost during shipment. To ensure the arrival of the package, please request a tracking number from the carrier service.

Returns will be processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Returns received in worn, washed or altered conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

If you have misplaced your returns form, email info@lilyandviolet.com with your request along with your invoice ID and we will then provide you with a returns form to fill out.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original shipped date. Items sent back for exchange will be shipped at our cost. Original postage and return postage charges are not refundable.

If an item was sent to you by mistake, we will gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item with no additional charge for shipping. We will also refund you for the returned shipping cost.

Gift Cards

Lily and Violet gift cards may be purchased at LilyandViolet.com.

Mailed gift cards are shipped USPS standard (US only) and shipping is complimentary, express delivery is available for an additional charge.  Gift cards do not expire.
